Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Dates:

We do our best to accurately estimate that customer orders ship from our facilities within 24 hours, excluding week-ends and Holidays. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and USPS pick-up time at our distribution facility.

Our shipping dates are dependent on the United States Post Office delivery system with always a range of dates. It's entirely possible for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate of 5 days for less in the Continental United States. International shipment delivery times are open to delivery risk and extended time frames depending on your country.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We deliver using only the United States Postal Service (USPS). International shipments are exclusively via Global Express Mail.

The date you'll receive your order, is based on your self select of presented USPS shipment options as your USPS service delivery method of choice:

(Availability) + (USPS Shipping Method*) = Estimated Delivery Date.

Please note: weekend delivery or pickup service for any USPS Delivery options is solely determined by USPS services and your applicable zip code address.

Standard Delivery Means Standard Delivery by the USPS First Class mail which takes up to 5 business days.

What USPS Shipping Means:

Selecting any USPS shipping option other than standard mail, is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in up to three days as example with USPS Priority Mail. We use USPS delivery options as selected by you at checkout on our website, taking both USPS shipping time and item availability into consideration. During Checkout, you’ll see the estimated USPS ship date for your order on the "Place Order" page containing the USPS shipping options and delivery times for each option.

Here’s an example:

If you order an item within our 24-hour availability shipping standard and select USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping, the item will be shipped by painreliefforpain.com within 24 hours and arrive within the USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day plus our 24-hour total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via USPS Priority Mail shipping, may not be processed by the USPS until Monday and delivered on Thursday. Please note that item availability is 100% in stock or our system will automatically notify you that the item is "OUT OF STOCK" and will not allow you to purchase the item.

Shipping Options

If your order contains more than one item, we automatically save you money or time via your Shipping Options by consolidating your items into as few shipments as possible to save you money on shipping costs. We’ll consolidate your items and mail them as soon as they’re all available or ship them as soon as they become available to save time. If for whatever reason, we ship items separately, you will not be charged for each separate shipment.

Shipping Options

If your order contains more than one item, we save you money and/or time by grouping each item on your order into one shipment prior to your USPS Delivery Option selection to save you money on USPS shipping cost.

We consolidate your items and using the USPS Shipping Option as selected by you, mail them within 24 hours of your order.
