Product Refund/Cancellation/Return Policy Information

Once an order is placed on our system, there is no cancellation process. Refund and Return policies as follow are in effect once an order is placed.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED WITH LESS THAN 95% OF CONTENTS REMAINING ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY 100% REFUND unopened products. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on the smell and/or tastes of products. This should not be a deciding factor when consuming our health products. If you cannot get yourself to continue to use a product you have already opened and used, please find someone who can benefit from it and pass the product(s) along to them.

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our website. All of our products and product pages list each ingredient along with the amounts contained in each dosage. It is your responsibility to take your product or a printout of the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependant on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.

We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that may be advertised on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s).

The actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable! All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility as listed below*. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

Steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request:

Returns that do not include our RMA number or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the senders expense.

Call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-560-1049 (Toll Free) and leave a Reason for Return Request Message and we will either call you or we will email you a RMA Number and you can also email us at forfibromyalgiapainrelief@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and mail your return package(s) to:

Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt. The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.

Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY in the products original packaging, the receipt stating the reason for the return and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to the address supplied as above.

Returns that do not include the RMA number or are received at any address other than the above will be returned to the sender at the senders expense. RMA's which are not received within 10 business days of issue are void and will NOT be honored.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise with a valied RMA at the address as listed above.*

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy:

The charge for your order that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be "Internet Reseller LLC" or “Pain Inc.” or "Pain Relief". If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and have received, there will be a $50.00 research fee charged to your credit card upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If you do not remember making the purchase - call our Toll Free number under CONTACT on our website BEFORE calling your bank.

Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases.

We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
